Currently the membership comprises microfinance institutions, central banks, development banks, financial service providers, NGOs and commercial banks. Countries represented within the membership are: Australia, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Tonga and Vanuatu.

The Executive Committee is the governing body of the Microfinance Pasifika Network and manages the affairs of the Microfinance Pasifika Network:

• South Pacific Business Development (Samoa)
• VANWODS Microfinance Inc (Vanuatu)
• National Bank of Vanuatu

Mr Tony Westaway (Nationwide Microbank) is Chairman, and Mr Gregory Casagrande (South Pacific Business Development) is Deputy Chairman. The Foundation for Development Cooperation provides the Secretariat for the Network.
