Pacific Microfinance Week wraps up in Port Vila, where global and Pacific microfinance experts have met to talk about issues facing the region.

High on the agenda has been expanding access to loans, savings and insurance for women and rural communities.

The week is sponsored by the World Bank’s International Finance Corporation who hope Pacific microfinance institutions can draw on expert knowledge to reach more communities.
